The largest 'Pot Still' in the World

Water of Life - 'Uisce Beatha' - we know it as 'Whiskey'

We all know water is essential for life.
But some water is more essential than others!
In native Irish or 'Gaelic' - 'Uisce Beatha' means 'Water of Life'
If you say 'Uisce Beatha' fast enough and often enough - you will hear how the word Whiskey (spelled 'Whisky' in Scotland) came about.
This 'Pot Still' is the largest in the world and was used in the initial stage of the three part distillation process. The bell was used to summon the stoker, to add more fuel to the fire which burned beneath the still.
