At this time the Pangea Plug-In only available for Mac OS X - refer to the Pangea Software site for latest information.
However - these panoramas work just fine in Windows - there just isn't any hardware acceleration at this time.
Below is information from the installer 'read me'
PangeaVR works best on Safari, but it will also work on any Mozilla-based browser such as Netscape, Camino, and Firefox, however, some minor features may be disabled for these browsers. Safari is the only browser on OS X which supports all of PangeaVR's features.
